These third-­party web sites, services and communication devices are not owned or controlled by Pinnacle Designers and thus has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, blog posts, or other material (“Content”) with our fulfillment team and the software and/or communication devices we use to provide the service to you. All information you make available is recorded or saved by our software/communication devices. We take all reasonable care that your personal data is securely stored and used only for the purposes as described in our Privacy Policy as per industry standards, however we are not responsible for the software/communication device manufacturers individual Privacy Policies.

You further acknowledge and agree that Pinnacle Designers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with use of, or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Pinnacle Designers reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be listed in this section, and if such changes are material, a notice will be included on the homepage of the web site for a period of time.
